DC in December (2005)

Thankfully, I got to take a sidetrip to DC to visit Kelly and Heilman. It was good to see Kelly, Lindsey, and Heilman again. From work, I roadtripped to Kelly's place. They did a great job renovating the place - the colors, hardwoods, and furniture all fit very 'cool' together - in a sort of early 'americana' meets 1920 sort of way.

Thankfully, Kelly is still, well, Kelly. Here we are taking tequilla shots.

This picture is not Photoshopped. This really is a picture of a tractor in front of the White House.

The national Christmas Tree. Definitely a bit larger than ours at home.

Some folks playing roller hockey in front of the White House. My guess is that they are either cops, FBI agents, or Secret Service folks.
