A few pics taken over the weekend while mountain biking...
This is the best time of the year to ride in the forest near our home...which, for someone that loves nature, gives us an amazing quality of life having such a large, beautiful forest only a few hundred meters from our front door.
Next time, I'm brining my flashlight and going into the bunker. There are a fair amount of old stone bunkers in the forest, but this one is unique since the iron door is not locked.
This picture cannot really due the simple beauty and solitude of this little hidden area...expecially with the leaves changing colors and falling.
