Despite a few bad days here and there, we've had pretty much an Indian Summer this Fall, and Emily and I took advantage of it today ... with a trip to the playground.
Emily is almost ready for the 'big girl swing'.
I taught her the joy of throwing leaves in the air. She was a bit apprehensive at first, thinking (perhaps) that I would make her pick them up...but she got the hang of it after a while.
Our little girl is getting big.
Unfortunately, this pic is a bit blurry, but this was taken a while ago at Quinn's kindergarten. The kids love riding the cat that is in front of the main door.
