Roadtrips

Early on, we went on roadtrips together. Panama City Beach and Lake Placid for my triathlons and my first 2 week vacation. Yes, that skinny guy in the picture is me.




On the road to Lake Placid, we stopped off in DC for a few days to see Kelly and Heilman.

Eva also got to see the famous Rob procrastination in action. Can you say North Wood Cabins?

The cabins were cute but very old. We laughed that they had heaters. Who would need heaters in July. We did.



After months of planning, Kelly and Lindey's planned Saturday afternoon wedding got thrown a curve ball a few days beforehand: 9/11.

No flights were taking off. Yet many, many friends and family road tripped to get there, include a group of folks from Denver that drove over 30 hours straight through to make it there with about an hour to spare.
