Cultural Differences

Sometimes, people ask me about the differences between the US and Germany. I've been here long enough that very little really catches my attention, because many of the 'differences' are normal now.
But, on my way home from work one day (on my bike), this ad caught my eye. I'm not too sure you'd see this sort of ad in the US...

Outside of the obvious connection to the Bryan Adams song, anything else pops into your mind when you see this ad ? ;-)
